The most unpleasant, in my opinion, is the possibility of turning the project into an aparthotel that accepts Chinese tourists. When I was in Dusit, I did not see anything that would confirm my suspicions, but there is a slight feeling that the company is thinking in this direction. But so far everything is great.

What else? Sauna and gym good and even, one might say, with a view.

Overlooking beautiful territory! I really liked the territory of Dusita. It is blue-green, cold - which is incredibly valuable in a hot climate - some kind of fresh. And also Mediterranean. This blue, this greenery, firs, cereals, green paths, lightness - wonderful! Very calm, very cool.

I'm in the interior, so to speak. I like it!

Who is waiting for the photo playground- she's not here. There is no children's water town and other joys for children, except for a slide in the pool - but, in fact, it is already for adult children. This lack of colored corners no doubt whispers that Dusit Park is not a very childish project. Although let's be honest: we have already spoiled ourselves a little with our requirements. No children's playground? Fi, no good!

Swimming pool

The pool is excellent, lagoon, long. Bridges, in the middle of the slide, everything, it seemed to me, without frills, far-fetched instagram pictures of some kind, but simply and even strictly, tastefully.

By area visually, the apartment in Dusit Park seemed to me more than a high-rise. But in fact, it is even a couple of square meters. less. Apparently, the secret is in the layout. Here it is, however, usual for such projects, no revelations, but in comparison it turns out that it is more successful than other options on the same area.

Finishing The park looks very nice, and in addition the apartment I saw is well decorated and equipped. But close up you can see that the finish is cheaper than in a high-rise. In principle, this is definitely not a hindrance for a vacation.

Let's walk around the apartment.

The layout is standard: at the entrance, on one side, there is a kitchen, on the other, a “dining area” in the form of a small table and two chairs.

Kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator (a rarity in new projects), a two-burner stove, a microwave, a kettle, and dishes. Everything looks very nice and functional.

A sofa, a TV with a cabinet and a very good solution - a mini-workplace. It is really mini, but it does its job perfectly: a table, drawers, sockets (!!! Directly 5+ from me, because sockets are an eternal problem - how do they manage to make them in the most inconvenient places ???).

The sofa, by the way, is folding.

Well, the way out balcony.

In this case, the balcony is on the first floor, so there is no view, as such, there are green bushes. You don't see anyone, nobody sees you.

But! What I did not like about the balcony: only one half of the window opens. It is clear why: there is not enough space. But it's inconvenient. Although, maybe this is only my problem: I love the balcony doors wide open, I have been living like this for many years. Here it would not be possible to open it to the fullest. But, let's be honest: many who come for a couple of weeks do not turn off the air conditioner in the apartment day or night. So the relevance of my remarks is debatable for many.

We go into the bedroom. Regular small bedroom: a bed, a wardrobe with two wings, a TV even without a cabinet, a variation on the theme of bedside tables. But the bed is double king-size (in many projects - queen-size). Offset.

Ah, now let's part the curtains a bit.

Television. Not every apartment has a standard set, so check if this is important.

This is both a plus and a minus. Plus - because the bathroom next to the bedroom is always convenient. The downside is that your guests, if any, will have to enter the bathroom through the bedroom if necessary.

In addition, the project absolutely captivated me with its atmosphere - calm, unhurried, without fuss - so I see it as a good option and for a long stay. I think that there will still be fewer short-term tourists here than in the neighboring Laguna-2, Seven Seas, so there will probably be no vibrant evening life (if not the Chinese, if not the Chinese!). I immediately thought of a comparison with Paradise Park, which I first saw recently and also appreciated.

What is the price

On the short term(month) there is an offer in the range from 10.000 to 14.000, depending on the season. For a long time, apparently, reality fluctuates between 8,000-10,000 baht for a one-bedroom apartment. Taking into account the fact that the project is new, nice, well located, this is a good offer.

  • One and a half kilometers to the sea is one and a half kilometers. It is not known when the shuttle will arrive.
  • I did not like the entrance to the gym - through the office. The stairs to the top are right at the entrance, on the side, but anyway, for example, I would not really want to flaunt with a red face and not at all during the parade after class through the office with staff in clean starched shirts)

I caught myself thinking that I was sitting, grinding out specific disadvantages, because I didn’t notice something directly blatant, conspicuous. Yes, small apartments, small, but after I have already reviewed a whole bunch of them, it doesn’t knock me down much anymore. In general, what: in general, I liked Dusit more than many similar projects. Take a closer look.
